lyrics

Raise up a glass now my confederate son,
Drink with me now the battle is won.
Leave far behind you all the words that were thrown,
By the ones that you left in your home town.

Come with me now and let go of your hate,
It can't wait wait 'till tomorrow, tomorrow's too late.

Standing there paralysed, a slave to your fears,
Longing to touch her, trying not to stare.
Focusing blindly on one perfect night,
You know you could have it if you weren't so uptight.

Come with me now and let go of your hate,
It can't wait wait 'till tomorrow, tomorrow's too late.
